Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Early or late when we can manage it, just ask.
Smoking
Not indoors, in any suite. The backyard and yard lounge are fine.
Pets
Well-mannered pets are considered for Palazzo Padre, ask before booking so we can confirm the details for your suite.
Occupancy
Casa Nonna and Villa Bambino sleep 4 plus an infant; Palazzo Padre sleeps 6 plus an infant. Guests beyond that count need our okay first.
The Pool & Yard
The pool and lounge yard are shared by all three suites, rinse off, dry the deck, keep glass away from the pool edge. No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk, watching your own people.
Direct Booking
Your private itinerary and booking links arrive by email after confirmation, treat them like house keys.
