Where Exactly Are You?
Cape Canaveral, Florida: in Brevard County on the Space Coast, with the beach path a few minutes’ walk from the front gate. Kennedy Space Center, the pier, and dozens of local favorites are all minutes away.
How Many Suites Are There, and What Comes with Each?
Three independent suites: Casa Nonna, Villa Bambino, and Palazzo Padre. Each has two bedrooms, one private bathroom (no communal baths), a full kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. Laundry is on-site and communal, shared by all three suites, not in-suite. Everyone shares the pool and backyard lounge.
Is There a Pool?
Yes: an above-ground pool with a shared backyard lounge, fenced and private to guests of the property, not shared with neighbors. The yard is ringed with palms and lounge chairs, with a hammock corner and a propane grill. It is included with every suite.
Are Pets Welcome?
Pets are considered for Palazzo Padre only. Casa Nonna and Villa Bambino are pet-free. Just ask us before you book so we can confirm the details.
How Do the Itineraries Work?
Every confirmed stay includes a complimentary digital itinerary delivered by email right after booking. It includes pre-built local guides, a custom itinerary builder, excursion filters for beaches and dining, and smart distance calculations from your suite to your first stop and stop to stop along the way. VIP concierge services are also available as an exclusive add-on.
Can I Book Without a Third-Party App?
Yes: booking is direct. Each suite has its own reservation link on its page, and your stay is confirmed the moment you book. If you would like personal assistance with booking, for accessibility needs or anything else, contact us by email or phone and we will take care of it with you.
What Are Check-In and Check-Out Times?
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Quiet hours run 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, the neighborhood keeps them too.
Is the Property Accessible?
Each suite is single-level inside, with entry steps at the threshold; Unit 3 (Palazzo Padre) features an interior ramp in one room. We are glad to walk exact doorway widths, threshold dimensions, and bath setups through with you before booking, contact us and we will confirm everything for your needs. How Far Is the Beach?
A few minutes on foot via the neighborhood beach path. We keep beach gear ready so the walk stays easy.
